Real Conversations. Meaningful Connection. Knowledge We Can Carry With Us
Girllll… we can have the flowers, the horses, the beautiful tables, the fragrance bar, the food, and live music floating through the trees—and trust me, we will. 🌸🐎🎷 But one of my favorite parts of the Bloom Women’s Wellness Day Retreat is what happens when we sit down together and talk. Because wellness isn’t only massages, green juice, vacations, or taking a day off. Sometimes wellness looks like finally having the conversation we’ve been avoiding. Sometimes it’s learning something that changes the way we care for ourselves. Sometimes it’s hearing another woman’s story and realizing:
“Wait… I’m not the only one.”
And sometimes it’s receiving information that helps us make better decisions about our lives, our families, and our futures. That’s exactly why the Bloom Conversation Corner exists. 🌿 For Bloom 2026: The Garden Edition, I’m bringing together five incredible Featured Bloom Contributors to guide conversations around intentional living, stress, grief, postpartum care, and protecting the legacy we’re building.
These aren’t lectures.
They’re conversations.
So come curious. Come with questions. Come ready to listen, learn, share—and maybe see something in your own life a little differently.
Let me introduce you to the women joining us in the garden. 🤍

✨ INTENTIONAL LIVING: SHOWING UP FOR YOURSELF
Dr. Muriam Cinevert H.C
We show up for work.
We show up for our families.
We show up for our responsibilities, businesses, relationships, and the people who depend on us.
But how intentionally are we showing up for ourselves?
Dr. Muriam Cinevert will guide us through a conversation about showing up for the person you’re becoming—making space for what matters, recognizing your own needs, and being intentional about the life you’re creating.
Because sometimes blooming isn’t about becoming someone completely new.
Sometimes it’s about finally making room for the woman you’ve been becoming all along. 🌸
😮💨 BREATHE. RELEASE. BLOOM.
Manouchka Lominy, NP, ANP
Stress Management
“I’m just stressed.”
How many times have we said those words and kept going?
Work. Family. School. Relationships. Finances. Business. Caregiving. Deadlines.
Sometimes it isn’t one big thing.
It’s everything, all at once.
Manouchka Lominy will lead an important conversation about stress management, the effects that chronic stress can have on our overall wellness, and practical ways we can begin managing it rather than simply becoming better at functioning through it.
The importance of stress management + how we can actually manage it. Because stress isn’t just a feeling.
CHRONIC STRESS can affect our SLEEP, MOOD, CONCENTRATION, and everyday HABITS—and STRESS MANAGEMENT is an important part of LIFESTYLE MEDICINE.
Sometimes wellness looks like changing what we eat.
Sometimes it’s moving our bodies.
Sometimes it’s getting enough sleep.
And sometimes…
it’s learning when to put the phone down, set boundaries, ask for help, and BREATHE. 🌿
At Bloom, we’re permitting ourselves to: BREATHE. RELEASE. BLOOM. 🌿
🤍 NAVIGATING LIFE THROUGH GRIEF
Anim Aweh, LCSW, LICSW
When we hear the word grief, most of us immediately think about death.
But grief can show up in so many other places.
THE LOSSES NO ONE SEES
Because grief isn’t only about death and sometimes we grieve a relationship.
A friendship.
A career transition.
Financial stability.
A missed opportunity.
A former version of ourselves.
A life you thought you would have that didn’t happen the way you thought it would
And sometimes, we experience those losses while still showing up every day like everything is okay…
Anim Aweh will guide us through a conversation about navigating the many forms of grief and life transitions while continuing to care for ourselves and move forward.
Because sometimes part of healing is simply being able to say:
“That was a loss, too.” 🤍
🤱🏽 POSTPARTUM CARE: CARING FOR THE MOTHER AFTER BIRTH
Melissa Philippe, Rev., CLC
Traditional Midwife • Birthkeeper • Herbalist • Women’s Health Practitioner
During pregnancy, so much attention is placed on preparing for the baby.
The appointments.
The nursery.
The birth plan.
The clothes.
The hospital bag.
Then the baby arrives—and suddenly, much of the attention shifts away from the person who just gave birth.
But what about the mother?
Melissa Philippe will lead an honest conversation about postpartum care and why care for the mother should never stop once the baby arrives.
We’ll talk about the physical and emotional transition into postpartum life, the importance of support, and why families and communities need to understand how to care for the woman who has just experienced one of life’s biggest transitions.
Because when a baby is born, a mother is born too—and she deserves to be cared for. 🌿
⚖️ PROTECTING WHAT MATTERS
Nancy Castor Sprattlin, Esq.
Estate Planning • Wills • Trusts
We spend so much of our lives building.
A home.
A career.
A business.
Savings.
A family.
A future.
A legacy.
But are we also taking the time to protect what we’re building?
Attorney Nancy Castor Sprattlin will bring an approachable and necessary conversation about estate planning, wills, trusts, making our wishes known, and protecting the people and things that matter most to us. And no—estate planning isn’t only a conversation for wealthy people or something we should wait until we’re older to think about. It’s part of being intentional about the life we’re creating and the people we love. Because building a beautiful life matters. Protecting it matters, too. ⚖️🤍
🌸 AND THEN… WE STEP OUTSIDE.
One thing I never want Bloom to feel like is an all-day conference where you sit in a chair, listen to people speak, fill a notebook with information, and go home exhausted.
That’s not Bloom.
After the conversations, we get to experience the day.
We’ll spend time with the horses during our Equine Grounding Experience. 🐎
We’ll stop and create something beautiful at the Flower Bar. 🌸
We’ll design a fragrance at the Perfume Bar.
We’ll take beautiful photos.
We’ll eat good food.
We’ll listen to live music floating through the trees. 🎷
We’ll laugh.
We’ll meet someone new.
We’ll gather around the table.
And we’ll simply enjoy being present.
🌿 BECAUSE WELLNESS CAN LOOK LIKE ALL OF IT.
Wellness can be learning how to manage your stress.
It can be acknowledging grief you never permitted yourself to name.
It can be learning how to better support a mother after birth.
It can be finally creating that you’ve been saying you’re going to create.
It can be deciding to show up more intentionally for yourself.
But wellness can also be laughing around a table, smelling flowers, standing beside a horse, listening to music, meeting a new friend, eating something delicious, and allowing yourself to enjoy the moment you’re in.
That’s what we’re creating at Bloom.
A place to learn.
A place to breathe.
A place to connect.
A place to simply be.
